We envision an inclusive and empowering environment where the rich tapestry of neurodiversity is not just acknowledged but celebrated. At Advanced Behavior Education, we aspire to be a trailblazer in fostering a sense of community that transcends traditional boundaries, ensuring that every person, regardless of their neurotype, not only thrives but flourishes to access their fullest potential.”

Behavioral Professionals

Neurodiversity-affirming care holds paramount importance for behavioral professionals as it redefines the traditional perspective on neurodivergence, emphasizing a shift from pathologizing differences to embracing them as integral aspects of human diversity. Adopting this approach enables us to provide more compassionate, person-centered care that respects the unique strengths, communication styles, and needs of neurodivergent individuals. By recognizing and validating diverse ways of thinking and processing information, behavior analysts and technicians can establish trusting and supportive therapeutic relationships that empower individuals to navigate the world confidently. Neurodiversity-affirming care not only promotes more effective interventions tailored to individual needs but also fosters a more inclusive and accepting society, ultimately improving outcomes and quality of life for neurodivergent individuals across various settings and interventions.

For Educators

Let us help you create a more inclusive atmosphere in your educational setting. At the heart of our educational philosophy is the belief that inclusion is not exclusive to children with disabilities; rather, it is a universal principle that enriches the lives of all. We hold firm to the idea that the world becomes a better space when everyone actively seeks to understand and appreciate each person’s individual traits. Developing inclusive learning environments contributes to shaping a more compassionate and interconnected society. By fostering an environment where every individual is seen, heard, and embraced for their unique qualities, we can create a community that transcends barriers, promotes empathy, and contributes to the collective well-being of our global community.

The Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®) is a paraprofessional certification in behavior analysis. RBTs assist in delivering behavior-analytic services and practice under the direction and close supervision of an RBT Supervisor and/or an RBT Requirements Coordinator, who is responsible for all work an RBT performs.

This training program is based on the RBT Task List (2nd ed.) and is designed to meet the training requirement for the RBT certification. The program is offered independent of the BACB.

Our educational programs are designed to support you personally and/or professionally so you can best support children with ASD. Here’s how our programs help:

Working Together to Facilitate Growth

Let us support you as you support a child with ASD!

Raising a neurodivergent child requires a whole new set of skills. Neurodiversity-affirming parenting is crucial as it shifts the paradigm from viewing neurodivergent traits as deficits to celebrating them as valuable facets of human diversity. Embracing this approach involves recognizing and supporting the unique strengths and challenges of neurodiverse individuals, fostering an inclusive environment that encourages acceptance and empowerment. By focusing on strengths rather than deficits, neurodiversity-affirming parenting promotes a positive self-image, resilience, and self-advocacy skills in neurodiverse children. Let us guide you through the process as you learn to support your child and accommodate their needs, while establishing consistent routines and expectations at home.

Let’s band together to give children with ASD the support they need to pursue a remarkable future!

My son Collin (4) was paired up with an AMAZING team. Our BCBA is Jillian and our RBT is Camille. Collin calls them his Jillie and Milk. They have truly been amazing. When we started this journey Collin maybe said 10 words functionally. He is now talking in 3 to 4 word sentences. He can identify emotions in others and is learning how to express his wants, needs, and feelings. He is learning how to play with others and so, so much more. They disguise everything as fun games or activities. Even my 2 older daughters want to join in. Collin received a diagnosis of ASD when he was 2yr old. Our Pediatrician really stressed the importance of ABA therapy. To be honest I was very reluctant as I have heard mixed reviews. After calling about 10 different companies to get information about their programs I found ABA. I was looking for someone that would work with me on how many hours a week he would be required to do. Most places I talked with wanted a minimum of 20 hours a week. At 3yrs old that is to much in my opinion. I also wanted in home and clinic sessions. I want to be involved. They have been willing to work with me on all of the above and so much more. Jillian and Camille are phenomenal at what they do. They truly care and love my little boy. I could not ask for a better team. He looks forward to going to the Clinic (Milks House) and them coming to our home. I can honestly say that I whole heartily trust them and feel so lucky that they are in our lives.
