Jacob Arellano

RBT & Lead

Jacob’s passion for being an RBT stemmed from a passion for helping others on the spectrum. In 2019, he started to learn about psychology in his spare time and decided to make it a career path and put that into motion in 2020. In 2020 Jacob found a listing for Advanced Behavior Analysis. After about 6 months working at ABA Inc., Jacob enjoyed each day and decided to start studying for his associates degree to pursue a masters degree to get his BCBA.

Michelle Culley

RBT & Lead

Michelle graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor's in Therapeutic Recreation in 2017. Through her education, she worked alongside individuals with mild to severe intellectual and developmental disabilities with an emphasis in camp, community and school settings. Michelle moved to Utah in 2018, where she continued providing inclusive recreational opportunities as a CTRS until she joined the ABA team in 2020. Michelle loves the creative challenge of teaching concepts through client specific interests and always seeks to incorporate back into play. She is currently pursuing her master's in Applied Behavior Analysis through the University of Scranton, and when she's not working or in school, you can find her outside.

Camille Thompson

RBT & Lead

Camille became a lead technician at the beginning of September 2021 and has been with the company since October 2020. She has been interested in the science behind mental health and behavior for several years and fell in love with this job when she discovered it. She’s currently pursuing a degree in social work either to continue working in ABA or to become a mental health therapist. Even as she begins school full-time, she continues to work for ABA because she truly enjoys it and believes in ABA. Besides working for ABA, Camille is enjoying her recent marriage, learning how to use video and sound editing software, and playing board games with friends.

Bayley Bruner

RBT & Lead

Bayley received her undergraduate degree at the University of Oregon where she received a bachelors of science in general science with minors in chemistry and psychology. During her undergraduate years, Bayley also played division1 soccer and softball. Bayley is currently in a graduate program to become a BCBA in the future. In her free time, she loves to workout, hike, and play with her french bulldog, Theo. Bayley loves working in ABA because it is "so fulfilling and she gets to work with the most amazing individuals everyday."

Abigail Anaya

RBT & Lead

Abby has worked two years as a direct support staff with adults that have disabilities before moving into the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis. She received her Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Wyoming in 2020. After graduating, she moved to Utah where she began working as an RBT. Abby has enjoyed watching the progress clients make and finds the job extremely rewarding. She also enjoys being able to be a part of making a positive difference in their lives. Working as an RBT has made her excited to continue pursuing her Masters Degree in the near future. In her free time, Abby loves spending time with family, traveling and watching the latest movies.

Lindsey Norton

RBT & Lead

Lindsey has been working as an RBT for a little over a year now. Before working as an RBT, Lindsey worked in a nursing home as an activities aide for dementia care patients. Lindsey graduated with her General Associate's degree and Social Media Marketing certificate from LDS Business College (now Ensign College) in 2020. Since becoming an RBT, her favorite thing about ABA is seeing her clients make progress and do things they have never accomplished before. She loves to celebrate their successes with them and their families. When she is not working, Lindsey enjoys playing on an ultimate frisbee team with her husband, eating tacos, and playing board games with her family.

Katie Gottas

RBT & Lead

Katie started working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2020. Katie started as an RBT and very quickly fell in love with the kids and the work. After 6 months of working for ABA, she knew she wanted this to be her career. She is on her journey to become a BCBA. In the fall of 2021 Katie began her Masters Degree program at the University of Utah. Katie loves that her clients teach her something new every day, to her the clients are the true teachers. When she is not working, you can find her traveling with her husband and dog, rock climbing and teaching/practicing yoga.
