Taylor has been in the ABA field for almost 5 years. She has worked with children since she started college in 2014 where she learned about what ABA is from a coworker at the time. Taylor began working in ABA in 2017 and instantly loved witnessing the progress clients made. Taylor received her Bachelor’s in Psychology in 2018. She graduated with her Master's in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis in September 2020 and is on track to sit for the BCBA exam in fall of 2021. Taylor moved to Utah from Colorado in February 2021. Taylor's favorite part about this job is being a part of the child’s life and providing support to the families.

Ellen has worked in ABA therapy for 4 years. She has worked with children ages 3-8 diagnosed with ASD since June of 2017. Before that, she worked in an eating disorder treatment facility- where she first learned about Applied Behavior Analysis- and fell in love with it! Ellen is going back to school in pursuit of her BCBA. In her free time she enjoys yoga and live music.

Lauren worked as a life skills special education teacher for six years where she consistently applied ABA principles in the classroom. Lauren received her B.S. in Special Education-Severe Disabilities from Utah State University and her M.S. in Special Education-Transition Concentration from Utah State University. Lauren is currently working on a Ph.D. through the University of Texas at Austin in Autism and Developmental Disabilities. She is also currently working towards her certification to become a behavior analyst. Lauren loves working with children with disabilities and helping them to reach their potential!

Alsatia is currently getting her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with plans of pursuing a Master’s in education. She was a Cosmetologist for 5 years before making the change to ABA and has been working in the field for a year and a half. She enjoys teaching social skills and helping with emotional regulation, as well as using natural environment teaching to aid with functional communication and social interactions.
